What is shared hosting?
Shared hosting puts many websites on one large server, which is what makes it affordable. Every account is separated so nobody can reach anyone else's data, and each plan has its own resource limits. We never oversell our servers, and we keep casino, adult and other illegal sites off them so the shared IP address never ends up on a spam list.
How many websites can I host?
One on Basic, ten on Professional, and as many as you like on Unlimited. You can move up a plan at any time and the change is prorated instantly.
Is business email included?
Yes — every plan includes email on your own domain, from 10 mailboxes on Basic up to unlimited on the Unlimited plan. Webmail, IMAP, POP3 and spam filtering are all included.
Do you include SSL certificates?
Yes. A free SSL certificate is issued automatically for every domain on the account, usually within 20–30 minutes of setup, and it renews itself. You never have to buy or install one.
What is your refund policy?
If hosting is not right for you, ask within 2 days (48 hours) of your first purchase and we refund the hosting fee in full. After that, refunds are only given for a prolonged outage on our side. Domains are never refundable. Read the full refund policy.
Do you back up my website?
Your control panel lets you take and download a full backup of files, databases and email at any time. Any server-side copies we keep are a courtesy, not a guarantee — keeping your own up-to-date backup is your responsibility. See our terms.
Can I upgrade to a bigger plan later?
Any time, with no downtime. You pay only the difference for the rest of your billing period.
My domain is registered somewhere else. Can I still host here?
Yes. Keep the domain where it is and just point its nameservers at ours — ns1.fastnsdns.com and ns2.fastnsdns.com. We will do it for you if you would rather not touch the registrar panel.
Will my renewal price go up?
No. We do not use introductory pricing. What you sign up at is what you renew at, on every cycle.
